Refund Policy

At ALGO, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 7 of receiving your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached and in unused condition.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval before a refund or exchange is processed.
